Abstract: In this paper, the most important aspects regarding the training and development of employees in the context of distance learning were analyzed. Given the fact that the Covid-19 pandemic, employees of educational institutions face problems related to the need to assimilate new technologies and apply them in the classroom. Due to the standard of living in our country, it is observed that currently this problem is a major one and affects the entire education system. The research methods were: analysis, synthesis, induction, abduction, deduction, scientific abstraction. In conclusion, we can mention that new measures and regulations should be applied in the Labor Code and the Education Code regarding the regulation of labor relations between employee and employer where the work of teachers with students, students should be clearly regulated. The state must also prepare courses, trainings for all teachers at all levels of education in order to facilitate the transition to distance learning.
