Abstract: The consumer, in his capacity as a carrier of the demand for goods, plays an important role in the market mechanism, constituting, at the same time, the eference element of all actions undertaken both by the producer and by the trader. The success of living a healthy life also depends on the quality of the products purchased. Consumer behavior is motivated by a complexity of factors that directly or indirectly influence the buying and consuming process, the consumer's situation must be monitored not only in economic context but also lifestyle. Consumer protection gives the customer the opportunity to feel special when going somewhere, to feel protected, to feel safe. This specialty of the future will contribute, to the greatest extent, to minimizing the risks of consumers and will provide them with a high degree of protection that will give them confidence.
