Abstract: Consumer behavior is constantly changing and is influenced by a multitude of factors that differ from country to country. Thus, it is important to know what aspects consumer behavior has in services and especially in tourist services. As a tool for consumers it is appropriate to use the questionnaire tool, it measures the emotion, intelligence and mentality of tourists, as well as the level of satisfaction and pleasure obtained from these aspects. The research is useful both for the community and for those who sell the service, because consumers will influence the perception of consumer behavior of future entrepreneurs in the field of tourism and for others, satisfying customer preferences can turn the simple consumer into a loyal consumer.
