Abstract: The personality of the manager has a major importance on the organizational results. If manager is skilled enough, then the organization makes progress, business is going well. If the manager does not have the necessary skills to effectively manage the organization, then employees will not be motivated to work at full capacity. This article aims to analyze the impact of leadership on organizational and managerial culture. The paper also analyzes the features of 4.0 leaders, also called digital leaders, a very widespread category in current period.
