Abstract: The way of cognitive structuring process of the human psyche facilitates the individual act of learning by reference to environmental factors and personal experience. The affect of the normal sensibility has a negative influence on the sensory-perceptual activity, fact that can be illustrated also by language disorders. The quality of representations depends largely on the quality of perceptions. To people with disabilities, thinking has a series of features that are manifested through language disorders, poor vocabulary. To speech-impaired people, there are numerous stereotypes in behavior and communication. Starting with the first months of life, some deviations from the normal evolution of language can be observed, deviations which have different causes and can be the basis of more or less serious language disorders. One of the characteristics the memory of children with language disorders displays is its fidelity. The knowledge of the individual particularities of each subject is very important for the correct beginning of a speech therapy.
