Abstract: Extradition, as a form of international legal assistance in criminal matters, is an important international legal instrument whose value exceeds bilateral relations between states and which must be examined in the context of consolidating and improving the international legal order. The creation of the legal basis for extradition, on the one hand, has substantially contributed to increasing the cooperation of states in order to suppress crimes that violate both international and national legal order, in order to ensure the inevitability of liability and punishment of criminals, but on the other party - ensured the elaboration of the norms and general requirements that regulate extradition and guaranteed the rights of the individual in connection with extradition. In this article, the author addresses some aspects of international law on the problem of the collision of extradition requests.
