| Abstract: | The penitentiary environment is the component part of the social environment and its evolution influences crime as a whole and the social environment. This influence in the current realities of the Republic of Moldova cannot be neglected and is to be subjected to forensic investigation. Penitentiary crime is also of interest in terms of developing social control measures for this type of crime. |
