Abstract

The entrepreneurship activity has a key-role in the economical development and it is figured as the generator of the economical prosperity. The importance of the entrepreneurship in the modern society is established by its innovational solutions, the elaboration of new models and always search for the success. A major factor of the entreprenorial development is entreprenorial culture, which is defined as a totality of principles, methodes, tehniques and ways of developing the entrepreneurship activity, in accordance with the social and juridical laws, ethical and moral rules of the society. The entreprenorial culture is based on the some factors’ influence, like the family, personal experience, religion, entreprenorial culture in the social medium, the investors’ and other partners’ culture.
