| Abstract: | The present paper analyzes the provisions of Moldovan law concerning the rules on the right of withdrawal in consumer contracts. The study focuses on the duration and start of the withdrawal period, extension of the withdrawal period for failure to provide information on the right, exercise of the right, the effects of withdrawal on the obligations of the trader and the consumer and on ancillary contracts, and the exceptions to the right. |
