Abstract

Audiovisual materials are at the center of our didactic interest and because of their diversity, we only want to refer to authentic material, focusing in particular on the medium of podcasting. The following questions should be considered in this article: How teachers and students can integrate the podcasts as additional material in German as a foreign language course? What aspects and criteria should be considered when choosing authentic podcasts for German as a foreign language course?
