| Abstract: | The article provides definitions of the concepts „soft skills”, "hard skills" and their importance for the development of a specialist in the professional field. Models of soft skills are considered and the competences that are formed during training are listed. The importance of communicative competence and the competence of group work in the formation of professional competence is argued. |
