| Abstract: | One of the main elements of the subject of criminology as science is criminality, without the study of which it is not possible to elucidate other criminological problems related to the determinants of criminality, the organization of the process of combating it. That is why in this scientific article the author has demonstrated that the concept of crime is a multidimensional concept, which has different approaches in the literature and has highlighted the basic features of this phenomenon. |
