| Abstract: | The present paper briefly analyzes the provisions of Directive 2015/2302/EU on package travel and linked travel arrangements. The study focuses on the main changes proposed in the new text, comparing them with the provisions of the old Directive 90/314/EEC, which was repealed on 01.07.2018. It also highlights the role of the new Directive in achieving a higher level of consumer protection. |
