| Abstract: | The article considers the application of andragogical approach in the process of continuous professional education of teachers. The implementation of andragogical approach presupposes the elaboration and introduction of an andragogical model which could employ an active position, a high motivation and as well as, collective activity of all participants of the above mentioned process. It also envisages the use of effective technologies in adult learning. |
