| Abstract: | The article deals with the issue of the formation of the managerial democratic style at the level of the early education institution. Contemporary society is undergoing major transformations that call for new approaches in confronting organizations with the environment and implicitly in management thinking and practice. Preschool education requires revisiting the existing management system in order to form a democratic educational system. |
