| Abstract: | The access of the trader to financing the investment activity based on credit is often limited due to the absence or insufficiency of the pledge. In this article is showed the role of the guarantee in financing investment priorities, instruments that facilitate the economic agent's access to credit by obtaining guarantees of this from third parties and their use particularities. |
