| Abstract: | The article bundles the challenges of contemporary society towards innovative pedagogy approaches in continuing professional training. It reflects the experience of the continuing professional development of the academic staff through the project Creating a Moldovan E-network for the promotion of innovative e-learning in continuing professional education (TEACH ME). The contribution of the international project is visible in the development of the relationship between research and education from the perspective of permanent education. |
