| Abstract: | This article analyzes the programs promoted within the penitentiary institutions with the purpose of re-socializing the detainees. The following methods were applied for the study: focus group and document analysis. We found through research: the type and duration of the programs, the specialists who promote these programs, the dynamics of the programs promotion and the difficulties encountered during the promotion of the programs. |
