| Abstract: | The article discusses the problem of finding the ways of activating the preschool teachers in the activities aimed to improve the quality of educational and upbringing work with preschool children in the period of modernization of the education system of the Republic and its transition to the regime of inclusion. The activity of the head of the kindergarten which creates and follows the collective-command principle of work is considered. |
