| Abstract: | This article presents the results of a study on the implementation of case management in the framework of Community social assistance. In order to carry out the research, the following methods were applied: analysis of the specialized literature, interview, questionnaire, case studies / analysis of the beneficiaries' files. On the basis of accumulated quantitative and qualitative results, conclusions were drawn regarding the shortcomings and difficulties of communitarian social assistants and recommendations regarding the efficiency of the implementation of case management in social assistance. |
