| Abstract: | The legal status of the assignment agreement. The assignment agreement is a contract what allows to asign contractual rights and responsibilities to another party. The assignment agreement has acquired autonomy in practice, distinguishing from other legal mechanisms by which the dynamics of the obligation are achieved and whose common denominator is that they establish relations among three parties. Therefore, it is necessary to regulate expressly the assignment agreement in the civil code of the Republic of Moldova. |
