Abstract

The adoption of the Code is, for any branch of law, an expression of final formation and full infiltration in the legal system, especially for new and complex branch, as, for example, the social law is. Regardless of which codification way the Moldovan legislator will eventually choose, and whether he will ever do it, the approaches presented in this article, can be useful in both, the implementation of codification and in any improvement of the legislation in this field.
