Abstract

Effective leaders do not rely solely on strategies, visions and ideas but appeal to emotions. An Emotional Responsibility Manager is the basic function of management. The main responsibilities of a leader are to instill enthusiasm, optimism and passion for future projects, as well as to cultivate an atmosphere of cooperation and trust. Emotional intelligence is the one element that allows a leader to fulfill these fundamental responsibilities. Leaders have always played a primordial emotional role. Great leaders impress by eliciting passions and bringing out the best in people. The leader acts as group’s emotional guide.
