| Abstract: | In this article I would like to mention that the family as well as the school is the main institution through which the educational process is organized and carried out. Education in the broad sense of the formative actions undertaken in human development has at its core the work done in school. We refer to that school that lives and develops in and through the culture of a community, but the teacher is the main figure, who must possess certain abilities or artistic qualities in it. This article focuses on the artistic personality of the teaching staff, which is an indispensable component of pedagogical culture. |
