Abstract

The world economic crises has affected every state in different ways and on various fields. Republic of Moldova is one of the states that has suffered economic crises, not financial. It happened due to our country slowly integrates in world financial square. Every state tries to take efficient measures in order to diminish or even to stop the crises. In is not an easy task, because the first of all it is necessary to study and analyze the situation. This article refers to legislative measures that should be taken in order to protect Republic of Moldova from the economic crises. It was mentioned that Republic of Moldova is affected by economic crises more than by financial because the economy of our country is based on reminiscences that come from citizens of Republic of Moldova working abroad, not on international credits. So, one of the solution is that people could be subsidized on the base of a decision by the government in order to grow small and middle affairs. According to the decision the government could acquit 60% of all costs, another 40 % could be payed by people during 3 years. In this way will be created new jobs, will be developed small and middle affairs, will grow the export. Another measure is the diminution of the tax on added value for computers cars, construction materials that will stimulate the national economy. These are several of many possible legislative solutions that have to be taken today for Republic of Moldova, it is one of the most important problem.
