| Abstract: | The domain of banking activity represents in frame of economic life a special activity sector, subdues of properly rules and demands, which peculiarity its. In this meaning, the banking activity is regulated through special laws, different of activity of the other commercial societies. For adjustment of banking regulations to the new economic realities, these, in last time, were modified and completed with new lawful regulatings. |
