Abstract

Negligence or not performing the job functions on the judicial organization or the law precautions of the judge ordinance, scheduled as norms in the Code of the Professional Ethics attracts the legal responsibility of the judge. From the specific mode of drawing the disciplinary, penal or civil punishment of the judge don’t make the conclusions that he could have some privileges. The fundamental principles of the judicial responsibility of the persons are kept everywhere, assuring the independence and inviolability of the judge.
