Abstract

The civil contract plays a core role within the current development of the national economy. The importance of the later is determined by the fact that the very contract is a specific juridical act, whereby a civil or juridical entity shall be entitled to his/her daily requirements or needs. The envisaged contract is largely expended in the entrepreneurs sphere as well, since it connects the network between the manufacturer (producer) and the consumer.
