Abstract

It is show that education is an important factor o f economic growth and has influence on the rate of national economy development. There is a significant number o f social technologies today tat motivate a person and the highest return rate of the capital invested in him. That is why the investments in human capital speed up the economic growth to a greater extent than the investments in physical capital. It is noted the share of Gross National Product allocated for state expenditures for education in the developed countries has grown, and due this fact the effectiveness o f education is now determined from the point of a resulting effect.
