Abstract: The system of the relation „psychologist - school administration” is decisive, because it is in it laid out the outlines of his future position in the team. One of the main directions of the school psychologist's work is the social-dispatching activity, which aims to provide children, their parents, teachers and the school administration with social and psychological assistance beyond the functional duties and competence of the psychologist.
