| Abstract: | This article examines the problem of command and collegiate leadership of an educational institution. The author reveals the fundamental differences between the individual and team method of decision-making, describes the criteria for the team method of decision-making. The author also analyzes various methods for making team decisions, such as: "Delphi Method", the Japanese method, "Brainstorm". Describing the technology of acceptance of management decisions, the author identifies the principles, objective and subjective risks. |
