Abstract: This article discusses the problem of school adaptation and disadaptation of children with disabilities. The author describes the development features of primary school age, which influence the adaptation process. There are identified reasons for poor school adaptation of children with disabilities. Also there are indicate the main pedagogical conditions and requirements for organization, training, material and technical environment conducive to successful adaptation of disabled children.
