| Abstract: | Communication style, as the unit is formed in the result, but also in the process of interaction and knowing participants in the act of communication. The purpose of this research is to highlight ways to investigate the style of communication in the legal professional activity and to analyze the specificity of the communication styles in several categories of jurists: lawyers, prosecutors, judges, other categories (judiciary assistants, consultants, lawyers, pedagogues, etc.) in the context of limited studies in this chapter, especially in the Republic of Moldova. |
