Abstract

The present article reflects the direction of improving the aggressive behaviors specific to the adolescent age. To fight against the adolescent aggression means to improve the communication quality from a linear thinking towards a circle one. Learning to think in circles rather than in line empower the person involved in dealing with teenagers to look at that part o f the behavior which they can control. Maybe if you show a little respect in the relation with young people, and if you are less restrictive, the young people would not he so aggressive. The communicational approach uses in special the analogical reasoning or the» double bond» of the exchange of messages between people. In basing on communication therapy, we have scored the following things to improve relations with young people: the manifestation of an enhanced cooperation, personal independence, the increasing of freedom, the liberty of interaction and the increasing of flexibility of roles.
