| Abstract: | ERASMUS + project's main objective is strengthening and modernization of libraries, improved skills and abilities of library staff in higher education institutions in Armenia, Moldova and Belarus, by developing innovative libraries as a support for education and lifelong learning. In the communication it is presented the module 8 of the International project ERASMUS + Capacity Building in Higher Education - Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education (CBHE), including criteria and key elements in the development of library collection development policy. |
