Abstract: The questions concerning the correlation between family and school refer to a difficult, almost unexplored, problem of modern psycho-pedagogy. ,ls it seen in the research, the influence of family on teenager's personality extends in two ways. The first way comprises parents’ attitude towards children, the relationship between parents, parents ' personality qualities and to the second one we can refer family s socio-economic and cultural status (financial welfare, family structure, etc.). We must not deny that the socio-cultural aspect has an impact on child’s education, primarily on his proficiency, though we cannot consider it to be decisive. The atmosphere in the family and parents' moral values are crucial for child’s education.
