Abstract

The participation of university libraries of seven higher education institutions from Moldova in MISISQ project - Modern Information Services for Quality Education, Tempus programm, has influenced many aspects of these institutions. One of the most important directions is Information Literacy , because the creation of unique information space for the academic community, new tools and info-librarian products requires new knowledge and skills the librarians themselves need , students, teachers, researchers. The article answer at the questions: how was and how we will conduct training of user to enhance maximal exploration and exploitation of new services and information.
