Abstract: This article highlights the attributes of the educational factors involved in the efficient realization of the inclusive education within mainstream schools. It appears that parents are the most important factors in the life support of children with disabilities, which is why they must participate actively in all school activities. Also, the highlights are made towards the roles of the teacher, the team of specialists, the government, the school and the children. The article stresses the need for synchronization of attributes for all educational factors, with the purpose of giving children with disabilities equal chances to succeed.
