Abstract

This article includes an analyze of factors of organizational stress witch was done in the frame of the project ’'Strengthening workers’ health by suppressing the organizational stress’". Authors present a lot of causes and consequents to the persons. Based on this author promoted one research in social field. The main objective was: to identify the main courses which can conduct to stress in social field. The results of this research allowed us to establish the hierarch of factors of stress in social field. Depends of this hierarch we can elaborate recommendations to increase the level of occupational stress in social field.
