| Abstract: | In this article it is argued the importance of the problem of managerial culture, which is confirmed by the practice of human development, as well as the many researches in the fields of philosophy, pedagogy and psychology of management. Also, were analyzed the theoretical foundations of the managerial culture: concepts of the term of culture, organizational culture, management culture. |
