| Abstract: | This article is treated the issue of child rights, which in our opinion is one of the priorities of the modern school - child-friendly school, which focuses on a student-centered education. In the school environment, education for children's rights must be seen as the instrument of defense of human personality in the making, since it is this it acknowledges the existence of child rights, but also responsibilities upon the exercise of these rights. |
