Abstract

Every library begins with the creation, development and maintenance of collections. In this article are presented the mission, purpose, objectives, directions of activity of the organization , conservation, preservation of collections, important moments from the history of the Library and this subdivision are mentioned. Librarians contribute to increasing the quality of the university educational process by organizing, preserving, and ensuring access to valuable collections in various fields of science according to the USARB profile.
