| Abstract: | The study of species diversity and abundance of nematode communities of winter wheat for winter wheat were conducted during the vegetation period in northern and central regions of Moldova. 48 species of free-living and plant-parasitic nematodes have been found in autumn period (1460-4265 ind./100 cm3) in comparison with spring, summer (450-865 ind./100 cm3) Endoparasites (genus Pratylenchus) and semi-endoparasites (genera Paratylen-chus, Helicotylenchus) were prevailing among plant parasitic species, have consisted 42% , bacterivores- 26%, omnivores -12% and predators 2%. Species diversity and their abundance were higher for nematode community in northern than in the central areas of R.Moldova. |
