Abstract: In this work there were addressed aspects of intercultural communication importance in developing the employee’s potential, in discovering the basic elements in communication with business partners, tourists, customers, suppliers. The intercultural communication helps uncover the true values and brings closer the common realities to both partners during the discussion. The research methodology was focused on using several methods such as analysis, synthesis, scientific abstraction, induction, abduction. In conclusion, we can state that intercultural communication is an asset and has become nowadays a necessity for companies that want to be competitive and want to assert themselves on the market.
