Abstract: Marketing is insufficient when it is a simple compartment of enterprise, it becomes appropriate only when all employees are aware of their influence on consumer satisfaction. In specialized literature there are a variety of approaches to what is internal marketing. This variety of approaches led to a variety of activities, being specific for this type of marketing. The diversity of interpretations and definitions led to difficulties in implementation and widespread adoption of the concept.
