| Abstract: | Improvement of the organizational-production structures of the AIC did not yield the expected positive results: the areas under crops continue to reduce, the stock of animals as well, the performance of the production and energy hardware is decreasing, jobs are disappearing, the misbalance between the number of jobs and those seeking jobs is increasing. The negative points are to a considerable degree due to the low efficiency of using the labor potential. |
