Abstract: The article reflects aspects of initial training for teachers in inclusive teaching/learning strategies. In specialty literature there are elucidated aspects of initial and continuous training from inclusive education perspective. Techniques as "Teaching in partnership" and "Teaching in couple" are beneficial. The techniques proposed to the students are interactive, participatory, inclusive and bring efficiency and quality in pedagogical activity in schools.
