Abstract: In educational practice, sometimes it is impossible to predict the effects of daily changes on the effectiveness of education, changes that lead to problems in the relationship teacher - student: anxiety, disobedience, refusal, aggression, discomfort, emotional instability, etc. In this article we propose some ways of solving the problems mentioned by proper management of occupational stress of teachers in terms of resistance to the education of students.
