Procesul de instruire eficientă: obiective-competenţe-finalităţi şi/sau competenţe-cheie/generice/generale [Articol]

Abstract

The article touches upon the problem of objectives – competences – finalities: substitution methodology of the objectives through competences, the correlation between finalities – competences – objectives, as well as the fact whether the learning finalities and competences in terms of generic and specific competences of the National Qualifications Framework for Education and Science; Teachers education and training; the Language and Literature provides future specialists (as teachers of the Romanian Language and Literature) with sufficient knowledge, skills and attitudes focusing on the formation and development of transdisciplinary, specific key competences in Romanian Language and Literature.

Articolul abordează problema obiectivelor – competenţelor – finalităţilor: metodologia de substituire a obiectivelor prin competenţe, corelaţia dintre finalităţi – competenţe – obiective, precum şi faptul dacă finalităţile de studii şi competenţele în termeni de competenţe generice şi specifice din Cadrul Naţional al Calificărilor pentru domeniul Ştiinţe ale Educaţiei, Educaţie şi formarea profesorilor, Limba şi literatura oferă persoanelor în formare (în calitate de profesori de limba şi literatura română) suficiente cunoştinţe, deprinderi şi atitudini în vederea formării dezvoltării competenţelor-cheie şi transdisciplinare şi specifice la disciplina Limba şi literatura română.
