Abstract: | Problems of professional adaptation of graduates of higher educational institutions are caused by the complex conditions and demands of the economic, political, social and cultural environment. Adaptation of young experts to the growing requirements of the environment has a difficult structure and needs an industrial, socially-organizational, socially-psychological, psychophysiological, material and social and economic symbiosis of the given concept. The urgency of researching the problem of professional adaptation is caused also by specificity of demand for services in the market of higher educational institutions. Nowadays, the choice of the speciality is directly influenced by the social status it may offer, rather than the personal preferences (inclination, talent, capacities). |
